In Parklist, payments are processed online, right after your booking. You most pay at the time you make your reservation. We use a secure third-party processor called Stripe to handle the payment, we don't store your payment data ourselves.

Yes, cancellation deadlines vary depending on the parking type and rate. Typically, you need to cancel at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled parking start time to avoid fees.
