🛫 Departure (Outbound)

• Mandatory Call: Call your valet at the number received by SMS/Email 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport.

• Meeting Point: Head directly to the Drop-off area (Dépose-minute) of your departure terminal.

• Vehicle Inspection: A mandatory photographic vehicle inspection is carried out with the driver (€10).

• Handover: Hand over your keys to the valet; they will park your vehicle in our secure parking lot while you head to your boarding gate.

🛬 Return (Inbound)

• Call after Luggage: Once you have collected all your luggage, call the valet service.

• Collection: Exit the terminal towards the drop-off area. Your valet will return your vehicle to you at the agreed meeting point.

💰 Surcharges (To be paid on-site)

To ensure the punctuality of our drivers, the following rules apply:

• Customer Delay: The first 30 minutes are free. Beyond this, a €10 surcharge is applied, followed by €10 per additional hour of delay.

• Overstay (Return):

  • 1st additional day: €50.

  • Following days: €10 per day.
