How it Works

2. Arrive: Drive to J.F. Kennedylaan 6, Diegem. Enter the car park using your booking details.

3. Transfer: Take the dedicated hotel shuttle. It will drop you off directly at the Brussels Airport (BRU) terminal in just a few minutes.

4. Return: Upon your return, catch the shuttle at the airport meeting point to get back to your car.

Finding the right platform can be tricky if you're in a hurry. Follow these simple steps to reach Platform E on Level 0:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Exit Arrivals: After collecting your luggage, follow the exit signs to the main Arrivals Hall (Level 2).

2. Head Downstairs: Take the elevator or the large escalators down to Level 0 (the Bus Station level).

   • Note: Do not stop at Level 1 (Taxis/Kiss & Ride).

3. Follow the Signs: Look for the signs marked "Hotel Shuttles" or "Bus Station".

4. Locate Platform E: Once at the bus station, look for the lettered columns. Platform E is specifically reserved for hotel shuttles like the Holiday Inn Express.
