⚠️ Mandatory Instructions:
Arrival: You must call the valet 20 minutes before arriving at the terminal to coordinate the vehicle handover.
Return: Please call the team only after you have fully collected your luggage to arrange the car return.
Luggage: Our drivers do not handle luggage (assistance provided only for elderly or vulnerable passengers).
Booking: A minimum of 8 hours' notice is required for all bookings.
Cancellation: Free modification or cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start.
Additional Fees (to be paid on-site):
Out-of-hours arrival (between 00:00 and 04:00): €10.00 per hour.
Extra unbooked days: €20.00 per day.
