How it works?

 

  1. Call the Valet: Approximately 15-20 minutes before arriving at Milan Malpensa Airport, call your valet at the number provided in your confirmation.

  2. Meeting Point:

    • Terminal 1: Go to the departures level, in front of the exit gate closest to your check-in area.

    • Terminal 2: Go to the departures level, "Kiss & Fly" drop-off area.

  3. Vehicle Handover: A certified Yes Parking driver (identifiable by uniform/badge) will be waiting for a quick photo inspection of the vehicle and to collect your keys.

  4. On Return: After collecting your luggage, call the valet again. Your car will be delivered back to you at the agreed meeting point in front of the terminal.

  • Open: from 04:30 AM to 12:00 AM (Midnight).

    Note: Please schedule your valet calls according to these hours for vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
