Arrival (Departure)

1. Call the valet approximately 30 minutes before arriving at Frankfurt Airport at the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.

2. Drive directly to your terminal:

   • Terminal 1: Departure area, door B5/B6.

   • Terminal 2: Departure area, door E8/E9.

3. A professional valet will be waiting to perform a quick vehicle check and collect your keys.

4. Walk straight to check-in while we park your car in our secure facility.

Return

1. After landing and collecting all your luggage, call the valet hotline.

2. If your terminal has changed or your flight is delayed, please inform the valet during the call.

3. Head to the Arrivals area of your terminal (T1 or T2). Your valet will deliver your car back to the pre-agreed meeting point.

4. A quick handover, and you are ready for your journey home.

Surcharges (payable on-site):

• €50 for arrivals/departures between 23:00 and 06h00.

• €15 for oversized vehicles (SUV, Pickup, Van, Campervan).

• €20 per additional day of delay.
